There’s a fight every day and some of the teacher shouldn’t be teaching ,there is a English 3 teacher teaching middle school English, probably because he doesn’t have the right qualifications to teach high schoolers. Also the admin don’t really do anything until it’s too late and there always locking the bathrooms causing long lines at the only bathrooms unlocked. Also I have only been absent three times and I already got a letter to come to court even though I haven’t been absent for a month. I’ve been told by a friend that the culinary class doesn’t even have enough money to do there labs. There’s also a real drug and vape problem.

Mr Ramos was a very involved teacher during my child's 3rd grade. He was very dedicated and committed to all the kids learning. The administrators were great and communicated with parents. As long as you wanted to be involved, Sinclair was a great experience.

Teachers are okay, but the way behavior is handled is awful. Theres a bunch of drugs and smoking, and the counselors make you feel like its your fault for being sad.

The staff have practically no control over themselves nor the students. My honor roll student is miserable here. I had to move one of my kids out of this school due to bullying, and no one in admin would do anything about it. There are more than a few teachers who lack any basic skills in engaging kids effectively. They tell their students constantly how bad they are, talk about individual students disparagingly to other staff in front of the students, and discourage students who require extra help by scoffing openly about how stupid they are in front of their peers. The example they set is why the student body is so out of control- if the teachers don't act dignified then why would the kids? There are fights daily, bullying, admin covering up for teachers behaving unprofessionally, terrible food, lack of support for any student needs whatsoever- this is a last resort school if you just can't get to any other school any where else.
