    "Most areas here have nice looking yards etc. There are some issues with people piling up random stuff around their garages. but for the last part, people try to keep their places nice looking. Great school district. Great teachers. "

    "It is a block from all schools and churches. The neighbors are mostly friendly and the homes are charming. It’s 3 blocks to the library and one block to the event center. City and government buildings are within walking distance. It is dog friendly, kid friendly, with a field and playground across the street. "
