"It’s safe to walk your dogs in the neighborhood. No speeding cars and there is plenty of open property to let them run and play if they would like. Maybe a couple more dog parks would be nice that are specifically for them. That way they can meet new dogs and the people can also create new relationships with each other as well. "
  • Tmscrvgkdj
"I’ve lived in Parrish since 2008. It’s growing a lot change a lot but it’s a great place to live. Bbbb"
  • Stacey
"Dogs seem welcome here. There is a neighborhood dog park and there are often doggy play date meet-ups. Lots of people out walking dogs. "
  • Tmscrvgkdj
"Neighborhood gatherings, group chats, you can count on help from the community during storms or or when you just need a helping hand."
  • Mwms651
"Retired. No commute to work. Located near interstate for access to nearby cities like Tampa, St Pete, Bradenton and Sarasota"
  • Mwms651
"LIVE IN 55+ DEVELOPMENT IN PARRISH, FL. DEL WEBB BAYVIEW. OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY WITH RESORT STYLE AMENITIES CENTER. LOTS TO DO. VERY ACTIVE COMMUNITY"
  • Larryiron
"Nice neighborhood and community. We have a community pool, basketball courts and tennis a playground and a trail "

  • Aortega211
"Plenty of areas to take your pup for walks. Whether you want a public walk with many more other dog walkers or a more private trail style of walk. "
  • Mark S.
"I've lived here 12 years and it's great. Wonderful amenities and residents. A premier neighborhood. "
  • Angelswatchin1
"I drive a care & do not use public transportation. I would suggest that it is a means for more jobs if we had bus & trains for commuting transportation every 20 minutes to major stores & jobs most people wait for over 2 hours to catch a bus"
  • Bmocadlo
"They would love it. Dog owners are always friendly and they are out at all times of the day. I recommend living here for sure!"
  • Nicole P
"There is no public transit so you will definitely need transportation. If you live off 301 in Parrish the it doesn't take more than 15mins to get to the interstate. Ft Hamner bridge has opened up another avenue to get South but it's only 1 lane until Sr 64. Regardless of the downfalls of a little congestion the city or should I say country life in Parrish is beautiful the people can be a bit uppity but I would feel confident in saying it's a safe place."
  • Dawn
"Great neighbors and neighborhood. Very quiet and very safe. We have several events that happen weekly abs during holidays. "
  • Johannaluton
"No public transportation, available. Private vehicles are necessary. Traffic has increased due to new construction of housing communities and roads have not added lanes to accommodate the added vehicles."
  • S.czstro47
"Love my subdivision the houses ay well kept and the are separate from your neighbors. The people are very friendly and pets lovers."
  • Howard G.
"40 minutes of highway driving using the skyway bridge Can be stressful at times due to weather or heavy traffic "
  • Melhornle
"It’s quiet here. There will be a lot of growing pains to come. Our roads will be inadequate but hopefully they will improve them. "
  • Nolliver
"This is a very dog friendly Neighborhood. Many of our neighbors have dogs and fenced yards. The dogs are usually well controlled and friendly."
  • Nolliver
"There are lots of sidewalks to walk your dog, however there is No dog park in the development. mMost neighbors are respectful and clean up after their dogs."
  • Thomas Comerford
"Ive lived in this community and people are friendly here dog walking and children two pools and fitness"

"There at several families as well as a park and pool within the neighborhood. We feel that the area is very safe. Most properties are well kept; if not, the homeowners association makes them aware. Grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants within 5 miles. It’s a little bit of country not far from the city"

  • Chalotd1
"The only community events are sponsored by the village. Parade and train festival in March. Nothing within the block. "
  • Jlball81
"Large homesites and multuple builders avoids the cookie cutter-computer chip style of nearby neighborhoods. It's country club style without the price tag. The neighbors are as diverse and interesting as the wild life. Home! "
