    "We live on the outskirts of town in a very country setting surrounded by trees. The upside to this location is that the knats are nowhere near as bad here as they are in town. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes are far worse making it hard to enjoy the great outdoors"

I often find myself weaving through the district to take a look at all of the charming homes. I love the neighborhood and all the benefits of living in Cordele's Historic neighborhood."

    "The "Country Club" area of Cordele. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only disadvantage, is that the City incorporated this area during development to reap the tax assessments, but provide very minimal city services to this area, in comparison to other areas in the "city proper"."
