"I’ve been coming here for about like 10 years already and I love this place. Very relaxing. It’s safe just on the weekend. It does get a little crazy cause of the tourist but other than that this place is good for families for single people. I definitely recommend living here, it’s right next to the water is pet friendly"

"it's fun in the sun it's a great place to make some good money. I'm in the hospitality industry so this is the perfect spot for me. I'm enjoying my time down here and have been thinking about a move for a while. Florida is the place to be Hollywood has beautiful I hope to move here."

"Imagine Living on the Beach, with the convenience of plenty of restaurants, bars, terraces, shops either on the Beach or on the Bay. with a Unique Paved 2,6 Miles Long Boardwalk on an Intracoastal Island 3 miles long & just 1 Block wide, with Sunrises on the Beach, Sunsets on the Bay just a block in between & still not yet a condoland like Miami... centrally located in South Broward, with a great Hollywood Downtown just a mile west, Aventura Mall 3 miles south, Fort Lauderdale 6 miles North, 2 International airports, Miami & Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood...."
