"gr8 place to live. near some of the best beaches on the planet, a number of high quality restaurants within walking distance, and in general the neighborhood is quiet. i've lived in walkable cities so this is not a center-city environment, but it does have many amenities such as sidewalks and tree-lined streets with places to go within walking distance."
