Description

3 BR, 3 BA. Close to Headwaters State Forest and DuPont State Forest, this private home features two living areas in a nice wooded setting. Also includes washer and dryer and central heat. New paint inside and out with many updates. High speed internet is available. One small dog allowed under 40 pounds or one litter box trained cat.

You must first apply to the rental program and be approved before we can schedule to show you available properties. Click on the PROPERTY SEARCH tab and then the LONG TERM RENTALS tab. From there, you can select the available home you like and apply. Each person age 18 and over must apply separately. Once your application is approved, you will be called to discuss your home criteria. If there is a waiting list, you will be placed on our waiting list in order by date approved. When properties become available that meet your criteria, we will schedule a time for you to view the properties that are of interest to you. Approval is good for any available home in the program for one year.

    "I don't think there is any public transportation. I don't live too far from downtown so I could probably walk it. I think there is a cab but it may need to be called a day ahead of time. They are putting in some bike lanes. Otherwise it is automobiles. "

    "The town has a number of street festivals with Arts and crafts and food vendors. They just had a big bike race- Assault on the Carolinas. There is an annual AAUW used book sale with +30k books. Every 4th Friday of the month there is an arts walk. I live around the corner from the Lumberyard Arts area."
