Bus to New York City and city shuttle to Secaucus Junction train station available in front of complex for easy commute to New York City

12 month lease. Water, sewer and trash is included. Remainder of utilities are tenant's responsibility. No pets. No smoking. Must abide by HOA rules and regulations. 1.5 month security deposit due at lease signing. Tenant responsible for $500, non-refundable, move-in fee charged by condo association.
