No smoking , no pets. 1 year lease agreement. Tenants pays for water, electric, trash and recycling which are provided through the borough. This has been averaging about $250/month. Tenants are responsible for mowing the yard and shoveling sidewalks . House is heated by oil and will have a full tank before the beginning of lease. Heating oil must be filled before end of lease or bill will be taken from security deposit. 2 off street parking spots are located right next to the house as well as parking on street. $1,700 security deposit due with first months rent.

    "Traffic is okay except in the early morning and late afternoon rush hour times around the Wal-Mart/Ephrata Crossings area where there is still construction and road work, also the bottleneck to one lane has caused problems for years! It doesn’t seem like the township will ever do anything about it and it will get worse when the stores and hotel open!"
