About this House
This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath fourth floor apartment is in a high-end full-service condo with a gym, built out roof deck, and more. The apartment has its own washer/dryer, dishwasher, and great storage.
Each bedroom has a closet, and oversized and well insulated windows for excellent light. The apartment has plenty of storage, its own washer/dryer, and a gorgeous open kitchen. The balcony will fit a small table and chairs, giving you outdoor space all year around. A full bathroom is beautifully done with both a tub and shower. And a half-bath gives the convenience you need, or additional storage if you prefer to put in a shelving unit (as a prior tenant did.)
Building amenities include a rooftop deck with views of Brooklyn and Manhattan (imagine the fireworks!) and grilling areas, gym, spacious elevator, resident's lounge, bike storage, and screening room. The rooftop and screening room can be reserved for private parties (with adherence to building policies.)
The building is really well managed and taken care of. This apartment is owned by a landlord who prioritizes the quality of life of tenants and has been very responsive to any issue that has come up (and addressed each one so that the apartment is in perfect working order.)
Situated at the crossroads of Prospect Park South, Ditmas Park, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Flatbush you will be surrounded by a combination of tree-lined and architecturally significant neighborhoods interspersed with excellent shopping, dining and cultural opportunities, including the recently restored Kings Theatre on Flatbush, as well as Prospect Park.
The apartment is currently occupied but will be delivered empty and in excellent condition. I will expect a month rent up front plus a month security deposit which I will hold for the duration of the lease. I am committed to reducing some of the systemic barriers to renting in NYC and therefore, if needed, accept a variety of alternate documents in lieu of a credit check.
