The appliances are brand new. Very well made designer furniture. Lots of natural light on a corner lot with a pond view. Walk to town for a cup of coffee, farmers market or a lovely dinner. There are countless restaurants, stores, and retail less than one mile away. All you need is a suitcase to enjoy this immaculate cottage!

The rental rate includes all utilities. The deposit is $1500. Minimum lease term is 30+ days. Please contact via email to see if your dates are available. There is a requirement to have the house cleaned once per month by our cleaners for $180 or at move out for one month stay. There is absolutely no smoking allowed indoors of any kind. There are NEST home products; a thermostat, doorbell camera and security cameras.
