Wood burning stove and mini-split hvac system, along with baseboard heat for bathrooms and upstairs. Hot tub isn't heating currently, it will be brought into service upon receipt of rent and deposit.

I have about a week's worth of paint touch up, trim work, etc to do before it's ready to be rented, will be complete by October 1st

1 year lease, Renter pays all utilities and maintains yard. 30 days notice from either party to terminate lease, early termination by renter will forfeit half of deposit.

You can walk to Two convenience stores and a few restaurants, a comic shop, a brew pub and a few other things. Far enough away from Asheville to be enjoyable but close enough to get there if nerd be.
