About this House

Off of Monroe Ave (near Oxford and Dog-town) . Its a one bedroom, one bathroom unit on the first floor of a corner lot. Quiet neighborhood, and is on a one way street so not much traffic coming in and out all the time. Neighborhood is very friendly, and strives for a welcoming environment. Every year they put on a annual cook out, and every weekend a "coffee social" with drinks and doughnuts. Separate entry way into your apt, separate mail, etc. You will have a guaranteed spot in the driveway but if you have a significant other they will have to park on the street which is never difficult. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that you will share with the other tenant on the second floor. Cable hookups. Remodeled Bathroom, nicely painted in Bedroom, Living Room, and Kitchen. Bar in the kitchen which is nice for extra counter space if you have guests. There is also plenty of storage room for any extra belongings in the basement. Looking for someone to fill this place on a year to year basis, but feel free to talk to me about different long term arrangements (In town for college, contract work, etc). We are a 5 minute drive to Cobb's Hill, one minute walk to all of Monroe's night life, 5-10 minute drive to the public market. Also, a 10 minute drive to Monroe Community College, 7 minute drive to the University of Rochester, 15 minute drive to RIT, and 10 minute drive to Nazareth College and St John Fisher. Dogs/ Cats are OK, $25 dollars extra a month, and obviously would hope they are house trained. If you have any Questions please feel free to contact me!-Jonah show contact info SHOWING TIMES:
