    "Halloween and Christmas events are apart of the HOA and are always great events put on by the HOA. Cookies, horse and train rides are done. BBQ during summer, very cool events that I haven’t had in a community prior."

    "Nice community but there are three active quarries surrounding the development. Incredible air polution caused athsma in all my kids. Moved out. Can't believe the city permitted this development and I expect there will be lawsuits for years to come."
