We are Apache Junction Townhomes, a low income section 42 property and we have a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage single level townhome available for rent beginning of October. Tile throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. Washer dryer hookups, and a gated backyard. Lease is 6 months and then month to month after that. $15 application fee to run background and credit. Please know we do not have a unit to view yet so we are not able to offer tours at the moment.

It's quiet, except for the traffic on the main road. It's nice to come home, because it's a few degrees cooler here than in the city, it's beautiful and usually smells wonderful. "
