In summer the neighborhood has summer concerts as well as the city holds summer concerts. Our neighborhood has an Easter egg hunt tomorrow, the day before Easter. Very welcoming. Last Friday night the neighborhood hosted trivia night. "

    "I am from Nebraska, things are different in the Midwest. You could let your kids ride their bike in this neighborhood, walk down to their friends house and not worry. Very quiet neighborhood with folks who have lived here for a long, long time. People stick to themselves but also help maintain a safe neighborhood and will converse once they get to know you! I would raise my family here if I had one."

The schools are pretty good. Close to the Irvine spectrum that offers a lot of options with dining and shopping "
