Two stories with bedrooms, two baths and laundry upstairs. Designated dining room, living room, kitchen, and the half-bath downstairs.

Renter responsible for water, electric, and gas (furnace and hot water heater). First and last months' rent due at lease signing.

I will be checking for current and prior employment, no previous eviction history, and financial information such as debt to income ratio, in order to prove ability to pay.
