Credit check is $35.00 each person over the age of 18 and everyone over 18 must fill out an application. We run your credit against your financials, criminal background and past tenant history. We are checking to make sure that there are NO evictions, judgments, liens, repos, no utilities in collections and that your net household income is two and a half times the monthly rent and we go by your net income not your gross and with a credit score of 650 and above. If you have school loans or hospital bills in collection, we tend to overlook those two items, which can bring your credit score down.
