Walking distance to hiking and biking trails. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Carson Valley from the huge front deck. Unit has several flights of stairs to the front door, but there is a rear entrance and parking in the back with only a half a flight of stairs to rear deck.

This condo has high ceilings and a real Lake Tahoe feel. The unit was fully remodeled in 2021, with all new appliances, granite countertops, a gas fireplace, gas range, washer & dryer. The 3rd bedroom is currently unfurnished, but can be supplied with bed, bunks, or desk.

12 month lease preferred, first and last months rent and proof of income and credit required to move in. Shorter stays and pets negotiable. For 12 month lease $3,300 a month. For shorter stays monthly price will be increased (based on season and other factors of lease). Tennant pays all utilities. If desired a flat rate can be negotiated to include all utilities in the rent.

PROS: * Close to Heavenly Mountain Resort * Close to the casinos and Lake Tahoe * Very quiet and peaceful * It's at the top of the ridge, which means incredible views and lots of outdoor activities just steps away, including the Tahoe Rim Trail. * No multifamily residences * Higher number of full-time residents compared to other areas of Tahoe * Almost 0% crime rate. I have friends who leave their cars unlocked with keys in the ignition. CONS: * At the top of the ridge, the snowfall is heavier than at lake level. * Streets and driveways can be sloped, which can make them difficult to navigate in snow. * Lots can be sloped to the point where they are unusable as yards. * No gas station or grocery store (2.5-3 miles away)"
