It is a safe clean friendly area & close to all transportation NJ light rail, 123 bus to New York, 84 bus or walk to path train . Christ hospital 2 blocks down on palisade Avenue shopping area 3 to 4 blocks up. You can walk down snake hill and be in a Hoboken within minutes. Hoboken pier nearby and Jersey City pier side is gorgeous I love it! "
