There is a really nice laundry room with cabinets above for storage. There is an open floor plan for the kitchen and dinning and family room. with lots of windows looking into the really nice backyard. There is a nice size covered patio in back for fun with BBQ's and parties. This home has a lot of storage. The street is really quiet and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. You will really like this one.

1 year minimum with possible extension for another year if both parties agree.
Tenant is required to put gas and lights into their names. Tenants will need to pay for water, garbage and sewer that would be emailed to them each month.
There is NO smoking any kind allowed in property or garage.
It is tenants responsibility to maintain the yard in the same if not better condition as it is when you move in.
It is tenants responsibility to replace furnace/AC filters at least every 6 months.
If there is a dog (NO CATS) there will be an additional pet deposit of $1000.00 that will be fully refundable upon departure if there are no damages. It will be tenants responsibility to remove feces each time.
