Lower floor of our holiday house with a big bathroom and a huge lanai with an incredible view and in house washer and dryer. We use the upper floor only a few times a year. The price includes everything except internet, cable and landscape of the area exclusive to the unit. It is unfurnished but we're open to furnish it if needed.
