3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has a lot of issues, I have no idea how anyone could rate this school 5 stars. The teachers honestly seem to care (most of them) and there are numerous emails that try to reach the parents. The main issues is the students, a lot of them do not want to learn and cause problems with the kids that do. Some of the language I've heard used by children was ridiculous and it's said in front of adults that don't say a word. I had high hopes for the NJROTC program but it seems like there is only so much they can do with kids that don't care and unfortunately they try to drag down everyone else. It's also not a safe environment, my child tells me about the fights that happen almost daily, threats of violence happen daily. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have been here since Kindergarten and I love this school so much, The staff and teachers are the nicest people and are so child-friendly, and I'm proud that I stayed here until Middle School. It has field trips, field days, nice people, beautiful paintings on the wall and so many educational sources and activities for children to join they always communicate with families to show how friendly the school is and it makes learning fun. I love the memories I made here and they are always looking to improve the school. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am not a current student, I went here two years ago but this school is horrible! Do NOT send your kids here, I been bullied by multiple boys throughout 7-8th grade and the teachers did NOTHING about it, even when my dad reached out to the school, NOTHING happened. They all have the mindset of boys will be boys and all of that. Fights here break out so much and students get bullied for the smallest things, the education is horrible and compared to Potomac Middle, this school is low quality.Student Review1mo ago
