Inside there's a huge double living room, dining room, first floor laundry, and large kitchen. Upstairs there are three nice size bedrooms and a full bathroom. As a bonus, there is an easily accessible third floor attic with plenty of storage space.

Security Deposit: $1500
Tenant Pays: water, sewer, trash, electric and Renter's Insurance
Tenant is responsible to shoveling the snow, mowing the grass and pulling weeds.

One application per person over 18. Application fee is $27/person. Minimum monthly NET income is $3000. Must have proper documentation. We do run a full background check. Any prior evictions, landlord tenant complaints or evictions in the past 5 years will prevent your application from being approved.

Prefer NO pets but will consider on a case by case basis. If approved there is a $350 non-refundable pet fee + $35/month per pet.

    "The school system is rough, neighborhood and kids are rough as well. Nothing to do around here for the kids so they end up getting into mischief. Drugs are awful here, vandalism and groups of kids come out of the works acting like gangs and doing hoodlem stuff."

    "The only community events that goes on in Lansford is the Infamous Sports Zoo Bar. They have Zoofest and also the coal mine no.9 down the street from the bar holds events throughout the year"

    "The only transportation I know in this town is for senior citizens and your own personal vehicle. I’ve never seen a local bus, there are no trains here, and there’s no bike shop without walking a few miles to Tamaqua. I only see people riding their own personal bicycles or driving their own vehicles."
