There is parking for 2 vehicles and possibly a camper. The front yard is moderate sized and has one large tree that provides summer shade for your vehicles. The larger back yard is fenced and comes with one small storage shed which has a built-in chicken coup and a small, attached greenhouse for starting vegetables. Behind the shed is an area for a moderate to large garden. This house is set up well to meet most any person's or couple's needs.

The back yard is fenced. There is a clothes-line in the back yard available for the tenant.
