We have had recent people sell their house, and very nice younger people have moved in. And I love it. My street is very quiet, and I really enjoy it. "

    "Amazing 15 minutes commutes (with bumper to bumper traffic!) to workplace near Brokaw Rd. That’s 30 minutes round trip (at most) per workday. I highly suggest to live in the Alum Rock-East Foothills neighborhood, as it’s strategically located to be close to work in North San Jose and let you be near family that lives in South San Jose."
