deposit will be $500/per pet, and small pet rent $50/per pet/per month, larger pets between $50IB to 100IB $100/per pet / per month, and pets above 100IB $150/ per pet / per month.

$100,000 Renter's liability insurance coverage is required prior to move-in.

Must pay for the first month's rent($3195), last month's rent($3195), and a refundable security deposit ($3195) upon signing the lease.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
