Description
Awesome lot in the highly desirable Invermere Subdivision in Miller Cr. Lot 25 is in phase III which is the last phase and near the end of the cul de sac . This lot is perfect for a ranch style home on a full daylight basement. (See renderings for an example). However, the builder will work with a buyer to build any home they like. All homes in this area are very nice and new construction. This neighborhood has covenants but allows parking of a boat or RV and there is room for RV parking pads. There is a new 4 acre park just up the street. The builder/lot owner is Edgell Construction. See the photos for other homes built on this street by Edgell. Listing agent is happy to meet with buyer/buyer agents to walk the whole neighborhood to point out other Edgell homes (approximately 15). Note the last photo is the house on lot 26 next door so is a great example of how a home could look on lot 25. Listed by KC Hart
