  • Kelly Winkley
"Fantastic neighborhood for raising kids & living life!"
  • Katelyn Freeman
"Like: a lot of neighbors put out poop bags post so no excuse to not pick it up. Dislike: Lots of stray cats and ducks would cause issues "
  • Wd6fykxqrh
"Clean, neat, friendly neighbors, safe, good schools, conveniently located. I have lived here since 2016 and the neighborhood has been a joy. Christmas is especially festive since most owners decorate with lights. "
  • Amber Stevens
"Almost everyone decorates for Christmas. It is magical. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The schools are top notch. "
  • Eli
"Great neighbourhood for families, varieties of stores and great schools. The public areas are well maintained"
  • Dan S
"Congested and slow especially with all the schools around the neighborhood . A lot of not so great drivers"
  • Eric S
"Always stray dogs around this neighborhood and lost dogs. The occasional coyote too. Lots of barking dogs"
  • Sunash45@gmail.com
"Lived in PG 37 yrs. Excellent place to raise children! Wonderful neighborhood! "
  • Sunash45
"Christmas decorations, Easter Egg Hunt, community garage sales, marathon runs, 4th of July Country Club fireworks display."
  • Michele
"Work from home, commute is 10 feet. The addition of Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway has provided easier access to other non-toll highways. The infrastructure on existing roads have limited space for expansion - so any travel into Houston will be long. "
  • Sheryl M.
"We are on our second generation. Children who grew up here have come back to raise their children. We know each other and look out for our neighborhood. "
  • Hobbles20hopkins
"Close to all kinds of restaurants and businesses. Close to both 90 and 99. Very nice community where neighbors help neighbors."
  • Ambermclemoreparsons
"I've lived here all my life, couldnt find better people. my parents have lived here for 37 years. an amazing place to live"
  • Taylor Q. C.

"I have lived here for a year now and me and my family like this neighborhood. good neighbors. I would recommend for families with kids "
  • Andynicole411
"I'm pretty new here. moved to rio Vista in October and so far my family and I love this area. very calm and quiet neighborhood "
  • Doug S.
"A hidden secret about this neighborhood is that it is a short walk/ride to a park which has LEVIES suitable for riding bikes, running, jogging, etc. This levy encircles the area leading to shopping and restaurants. Quick trip to the hardware store? Hop on your bike and get there in 5 mins. without having to ride on busy streets. 5-stars for the community planner who did this!!!"
