Great location! Conveniently located just 1 mile from Corewell Hospital St. Joseph. Three bedroom, 1 bath home for rent. Master bedroom and laundry/mudroom both have direct access to a secluded fenced-in backyard. New vinyl plank flooring throughout. Bathroom was completely remodeled a few years ago. Central air. The eat in kitchen has a new refrigerator and dishwasher. 1 car detached garage plus an attached workshop. Home is on a slab foundation, no basement. Occupancy maximum of three tenants, preferably two. References required. NO SMOKING, Copy of credit score and income verification required for consideration. Application can be filled out through Zillow.

Tenant responsible for gas, electric, water/sewer, trash removal, internet, lawn care and snow removal. No smoking. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Needed to move in $3250.00 and utilities in tenants name by move in date. Pets considered on individual basis with additional pet fee.
Beware of internet scams. Others have falsely listed my home for rent online for a much higher rate. I meet interested tenants in person to view the property.
