What I love about this home:
Located in a quiet "walk-about" community in downtown Locust.

Tenant is responsible for all utility charges (power, water, sewage and trash removal)

Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard (lawn and shrubbery) up to the standards of the neighborhood, and keep the sidewalk clean and safe.

More and more sidewalks all the time (as they are still building.) And I can't keep up with all of the new businesses and amenities that Locust is adding."
