Detached garage with a bonus room for hobbies or storage and a 1 car garage (the garage door is opened and closed manually). Water and sewer are provided and the tenant is responsible for electricity, garbage and yard care (mowing grass, trimming shrubs and weeding planter beds). Please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking nice at all times or be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. This home is limited to no more than 2 occupants due to limitations on the septic system. 1 cat or small dog possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 monthly pet rent and $500 refundable security deposit. First and last month's rent $1,600 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.     "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
