Kitchen to dining wall has been widened for better airflow and light. We bought everything thinking we would stay here forever, so we bought the best!

GREAT neighborhood, fantastic neighbors. This neighborhood is great for a growing family or a large family. Two bathrooms upstairs can be used at the same time without loosing water pressure. Good sized bedrooms. There's only 3 of us so one is used as an office currently. The family room has a fireplace that truly heats the home. Comes with an insert to help push the heat into the house, cost effective for the winter!
The yard is ENORMOUS. Biggest lot in the neighborhood. The shed in the back needs TLC or demolition. There is even a water line to the back of you want to plant a garden. Original owner planted a huge garden in the back. Other than that, it is fenced, front is fenced with a 6 foot privacy fence, sides with a standard 4 ft. Two car garage with a brand new QUIET garage door installed 2016.
Close to the extremely sought after Sand Montessori school. End of street is right on the bus line. 15-20 minutes from any major part of town, downtown, trendy OTR/Hyde park/mount lookout, mariemont and Newtown, Newport on the levee, kenwood mall and the quickly growing eastgate area. easy access to 275 and 71!
