Inside all newer appliances and indoor washer dryer. This is a very clean, secure, park , where everyone is like family. And the rent is only $475 a month and unlike most 55+ mobile home parks right now the can take 45 and older. This is a great location for everything. The Parks amenities include a large clubhouse , which you may reserve dates for get togethers. It has a full kitchen, many tables, a great pool table, games etc... Activities include free coffee and donuts on Tuesdays, bingo twice a week, and potlucks and holiday dinners. Outside the clubhouse is a putting green along w/ a large well kept hot tub spa. You must see this .
