Each bedroom has one by one real wood parquet tiles that are fixed together, the study has one by one Spanish Porcelain tiles (very heavy duty). The study also has a built in desk with a bookshelf and a built in study light so that you and your children can study at night at not use too much electricity. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, with six by six inch Spanish Porcelain tiles (as well as the bathroom), the hallway bathroom also has tiles. The fixtures have all been replaced, and the countertops in both the kitchen and bath are custom as well. We purchased and used high quality Sherwin Williams paint, there are many fruit trees in the backyard for your eating pleasure!
We spent ten years shaping the backyard, renting this place means you will water the yard both front and back, you won't even have to do anything, it's automatic on timers, and plus we pay for the water as well

"The Elementary school does a trick or treet event every Halloween. The Palm Canyon church does an event as well, that has food and obsticals for kids. I grew up in this area K-12. Low crime, but you hear a lot of fireworks through the year. "

"It’s pretty cheap here...rent isn’t too bad. 60 freeway traffic is ALWAYS bad. There’s some good hole in the wall restaurants that are pretty good. "

"I've lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. Only moving a few blocks away to stay in. It's a clean neighborhood, no issues with the law around here. Families are nice, and kids are able to walk to school or the store safely. "

"I live in the Moreno Beach / Ironwood area. Traffic in the housing area is very light. No through streets in the neighborhood. Christian school on Ironwood, very good. Absolutely no night life in the local area unless you count Chili"s"
