We will have one furnished private bedroom (11" x 11") with a shared bathroom (has a bath tub) available for lease/rent AVAILABLE immediately in a single family three-bedroom home near walking distance to downtown Concord/BART. The house is within 2 blocks walking distance to the John Muir Medical Center - Concord campus and near Port Chicago Hwy. and Bonifacio Street in Concord, CA.
The room has a queen-sized bed, two windows, two dressers, and a small closet and is located near the front of the house. The house, including the room for rent, is fully furnished. You will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. There is one nice considerate lady housemate [not a remote worker] who is renting one of the rooms that the renter will share the bathroom with.
Rent Per Month: $865 (single occupant per room), which does not included $125/month for utilities (water, internet/wifi, garbage, and up to a *fixed amount for PG and E).
* PG and E: The monthly $125 in utilities covers up to $150/month of PG and E total bill for both renters [renting the two separate bedrooms] living in the house. If the PG and E bill exceeds $150/month, then the excess amount will be equally shared by the two renters.
Parking is available on the driveway, and on the street.
The house is conveniently located near BART, CA-242 and I-680. It is two blocks away from John Muir Health Concord Medical Center, 0.5 mile to downtown Concord, 0.6 mile to the downtown Concord BART Station, 3 miles away from Diablo Valley College (DVC), 8.5 miles from the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (Martinez), and 8 miles away from downtown Walnut Creek.
We are looking for a responsible, quiet, clean, and considerate renter who has a stable income or proof of ability to pay the monthly rent. You must be willing to fill out a free application, provide a copy of your full credit report (that you can obtain a free copy yourself), and provide three months of documentation of your income, such as paystubs or bank statements showing how you plan to pay for the rent.
Other Terms: No Pets, No Smoking, No Partying, and a MINIMUM 3-Month agreement but prefer one-year lease.
To move in: The renter will need to pay the first month rent, prepaid $125/mo. for utilities, plus $750 for security deposit.
