Smoke-free property. $54 application fee per adult.

Rent per month includes internet, water, sewer, recycle, trash, pool service, and landscaping.

Pets: Considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved: $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $45/month pet rent per pet. Maximum two pets. Breed and weight restrictions apply per owner's insurance policy. All animals must be disclosed on the application and approved in writing before move-in.
