Hi! I'm moving out of state and wanted to share some information about my apartment in East Walnut Hills in case anyone is looking for a place. I'm not subletting it or transferring my lease. Instead, I'm trying to find someone who may be interested in applying directly through the property management company as a new tenant. This is honestly an incredibly low rent for the East Walnut Hills area.

The apartment is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on the first floor and available I will be leaving 09/28/2026 (flexibility with move in date)

I've really enjoyed living here. The building is quiet, and the neighborhood has a lot within walking distance while still feeling like a comfortable place to come home to.

I'm also happy to let seriously interested people view the apartment before the unit has been fully inspected and finalized by management. Any early viewing would be for general reference only, since the apartment may still undergo inspection, cleaning, maintenance, or other updates before a new tenant moves in.

Availability would need to be confirmed by management, and anyone interested would need to apply and be approved directly through the property management company.
