Renter is responsible for gas, water and electric. 1 months rent and security deposit (one months rent worth) due at signing. No smoking allowed. No pets. We ask that the sprinklers (manually operated) for the front lawn be turned on twice a week. Gardener comes once a week (payed by owner)
