You have your own storage cabinets, drawers, and pantry in the kitchenette.
The large laundry is in the basement as well and shared with owners and the other renter.
Parking for one car off the street.
The owner is allergic to dander! No smoking, vaping, drinking, or drugs allowed.
Visitors are welcome if they are respectful of and adhere to ALL house rules. All visitors must leave no later than 11:00pm. No overnight guests.
Please clean up after yourself and visitors when you use the laundry room, kitchen, kitchenette or other multi-use areas. This includes wiping and sweeping the areas of food prep droppings and spills. Please be mindful of the provided machines, pots any damage to them will require additional charges should they need to be replaced.
All dishes, pots, pans should be cleaned before the end of the night, so all dishes are clean and ready for someone else to use them. Please rinse or soak all dishes if they will not be washed immediately so they are easier to clean, avoiding smells and stuck on food.
No open food storage, no trash from food items in the bedroom. Please store and dispose in the kitchen/ kitchenette or outside trash cans.
Each renter is responsible for a full cleaning of your room, bathroom, hallway, and kitchen/kitchenette area each week. This will include wiping all surfaces, cleaning the microwave, toaster oven, all other appliances used, vacuum/sweep and mop all floors. Clean floorboards and walls as needed. Please work to remove all spots, spills
Between the renters, you will need to stay stocked on toilet paper, cleaning supplies and other items needed for shared usage of bathroom and kitchenette. The renters can swap off weekends for the common areas or a schedule can be created.
Laundry room available for use please coordinate day/time with Manager so it can be added to the schedule on the wall.
Garbage pickup is Tuesday please put all garbage in a large green can in the garage before Tuesday morning.
In winter please shovel the walkway, stairs and around your vehicle(s) - completely clear all around before leaving. What we say is do not step on the snow - shovel in front of your feet.
No one is allowed who is currently on parole/probation since there are guns in the house double check with your assigned officer and have them contact us if it is not a problem.
No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol allowed anywhere on our property.
No pets (allergy in the home), no waterbeds, no plant or ceiling hooks added to the room. Picture, poster, or other light hung objects with small holes in the wall are ok.
No cable TV installations without written consent from the Manager will be permitted.
