    "This area is a planned unit development. It has a large number of high end homes. There are also condos for people starting out and going into retirement. There is no commercial activity carried on in the unit. However there is a host of shops and restaurants on Eastern Avenue which provides access to the area. The area is 15 to 20 minutes from the airport and has easy access to the airport. It is an upper middle class area that is quiet with little or no crime."
