The house is all one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here's a brief description of each area of the house.
The living room contains two sleeper sofas and an armchair, with a coffee table that has a sliding top where we store bedding for sleeper sofas. The seating is arranged to face the TV and the sleeper sofas allow us to sleep up to 8 overnight guests.
All 3 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 guests per room.
In the Kitchen, there is a designated workspace for anyone needing to get some work done.
The Kitchen shares space with the dining area (all in one room) and is fitted with a large enough table to seat 6-8 people, 6 chairs remain around the table at all times, and there is a chair at the desk and also another chair in the master bedroom if you need to seat 8.
The patio has 2 chairs and an outdoor coffee table. Hanging patio lights help set a relaxing mood in the evening.
There are 2 full bathrooms with showers and the guest bathroom has a tub. One in the master bedroom and one in the hallway.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the hall closet which is set aside as our maid and maintenance closet.
The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we can help you unlock or lock it remotely. The lock does require someone close at hand in order to lock/unlock it (even if we send a signal to it to lock and or unlock).
This property is fully furnished and lease on a month to month basis starting with a 3 month minimum term (Reach out to me and explain your situation and we'll talk about it).
All utilities are covered with rent.

SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
PETS: There is a $200 monthly pet rent for each pet under 50 lbs. Any unapproved pets will incur a $400 fine in addition to pet rent.
CLEANING FEES FOR LONGER STAYS: Stays over 14 days require mid-stay cleaning. When booking over 28 days, cleanings are required every 14 days. All stays have a built-in cleaning upon checkout. $165 per cleaning.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE NOTICE: We strive to maintain our property in excellent condition for your comfort and convenience. Occasionally, cleaning/maintenance may be required during your stay. We will make every effort to inform you in advance of any scheduled cleaning/maintenance. However, it is not always necessary for guests to be present on the property during these times. Our cleaners/maintenance crews have their own access codes and can perform their duties independently (unless maintenance requires the guest to be present to troubleshoot issues). To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that guests do not interfere with cleaning/maintenance jobs. Interference may be that a guest requests to be onsite before a job begins (which can cause delays) or a guest does not appear on time when requested by maintenance to help troubleshoot. It is fine if the guest is onsite, but if cleaning/maintenance personnel are delayed or rescheduled due to a guest's interference, any additional charges incurred will be forwarded to the guest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service.
