The cottage is a stand-alone unit on our rural property, but close to shopping, oldtown Auburn, freeway, and recreation all within 3 miles.

The cottage is fully furnished with a tub/shower, wood floors, carpeted bedroom, HVAC unit, several ceiling fans, and everything needed in the kitchen, except for your food and other consumables;-)

There is a large porch with a table and chairs, and a Bar-B-Q. Laundry facility is shared with the owners.

Owner pays all utilities, electric up to $150. per month.
Lease 30 to 90 days. Cottage is fully furnished.
This is a no smoking and no pet unit.
Tenant is responsible to keep cottage and deck clean.
Parking for 2 cars is provided.
