About this House

POOL HOME IN CHERRY TREE ON WASHINGTON-Wonderful Family Neighborhood. Located with great commute to downtown Eustis or Mt. Dora, the 429 and Orlando!! Bay window in the living room and in the kitchen. This split plan home is great for the family. Large Florida room overlooking the pool, relax and watch the Fun! Privacy fenced back yard w/storage shed. In 2019 there was new energy efficient hot water heater, windows and new insulation added to the attic. Along with new pool equipment and fresh new paint through out. Then in 2021 there was a new roof added along with a new pool patio cover, measuring 12' x 40'. In 2022 the pool was remolded along with the re-landscaping of the back yard. A stone patio and fire pit area was also added for those family nights around a fire.

Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
