    "I live at the corner, It's a nice block. Lots of new housing going in soon , it may be a bit noisy and dusty in the next year or two. Local bar 1 block away Laundromat 1 block , bodega 1 block, park 3-4 blocks, awesome Tiki bar 5-6 blocks, excellent hardware store nearby, pizza (Dominos) and several small family owned restaurants walking distance.
