Pros: Located on a quiet quiet cul-du-sac 2 miles from Moonlight Beach, this sacred space has a large ocean view deck and a small rear deck for morning Sun. This is a newly remodeled 2nd floor suite with a private entrance via stairway at the rear of the home. The suite includes a kitchen, laundry room/closet, bedroom, plus a 10'x10' bonus room perfect for an office, massage room or extra closet space. Furnished with a loveseat, dresser, desk and bookshelves. Rent includes utilities and Internet. Raised bed gardening boxes on a drip system are ready for your personal vegetable/herb garden. No pets/smoking/420/EVs. If interested, please introduce yourself and let us know why you think you would be a good fit for the house. Will not reply to "I'd like to schedule a tour." or "Is this available?"

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
