About this House

House has had many updates, new windows, new flooring, updated kitchen. It also has 2 bonus rooms (one attached to garage, and one attached off biggest bedroom). Freshly painted and cleaned. Small yard to take care of on a quiet street. House comes with central air and a fenced in back yard. Two patios, one in front and one in back.

Tenant pays all utilities including water, sewer, we require 12 month lease to start.

The street is about 3 minutes to the community college and close to the highway to Cleveland, about 25 minutes away. We love our neighborhood so much we recently bought a ranch home up the street."
