The school is dirty. The SRO sits in a single classroom (how safe is that?). There are a few teachers who bully students with diverse backgrounds (several witnesses to this). "We live on the water and we get to see a lot of boats/yachts go by. We are also close to campus so there is still a youthful vibe to the neighborhood. Knoxville has some of the best sunsets around, and being so close to downtown has made it easy to socialize. I would recommend better access to public transportation, but aside from that, this is a lovely place to live."

"This is a safe part of town to live it. Not only is it safe to raise a family but it is also surrounded by many good school k-12. In addition, the food choice is amazing from fast food to sit down.
