Description

Built in 2002 this 3/2 (do not rely on tax records) has 1355 sq feet. It is situated on 5 usable acres on a knoll bringing in the sweeping views of the Sierra. We purchased this home in February 2019. Since then we have updated all flooring to wood look tile, replaced all baseboards with 5 inch baseboards, painted the entire inside of the house, including all the cabinets, changed out all light sockets, light switches, door knobs and locks and upgraded them to bronze, upgraded all ceiling fans; replaced all window coverings, upgraded all appliances to stainless, added a gas range (stainless), replaced florescent lighting in kitchen with a bronze track light. We have opened the two horse pens up and added a new gate. We are now adding a pole shed for the horses and are completely redoing our arena. It has an open floor plan, the kitchen has good storage with a large amount of counter space. Here you can feed the family at the breakfast bar. There are built-in appliances set up in a convenient configuration. There is a handy pantry too. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, also with a good amount of storage, sink and counter space. The bedrooms and hall bath are off the living room area and so is the master bedroom and bath. There is a horse set up and outbuildings.

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
