  • Trulia User
"School age kids can walk to and from the bus stop safely. They can also go bike riding. Great area to raise kids. "
  • Trulia User
"Nothing too special but nice neighbors and houses are all being updated now. Very close to so many amenities but not terrible traffic right here."
  • Lorena H.
"To not poop or pee in your neighbors ...............you can walk your dog. There’s not a lot of dos in the neighborhood "
  • Tanya G.
"I moved here with my kids from South Florida. I am a single mom and the community is very family friendly. Everyone stays to themselves and not really into what neighbors are doing. I have not heard any loud noises, parties or chaos in the neighborhood. I sometimes allow my dog off of the leash while in the front yard. Mindanao is a busy road and some speeders should be flagged down."
  • Erin
"It seems like a good neighborhood for kids but the streets are narrow in Sutton lakes. There are 2 playgrounds and pools though."
  • Kayla_luna15
"I’ve lived here for three years and I absolutely love the environment the neighborhood. The schools are amazing!"
  • Nathaniel L.
"Plenty of friendly dog owners in the area. Most of them pick up after their pets. Safe neighborhood where you can walk your dog at all hours."
  • Mosdef10
"Nothing at all.............................................but it is somewhat quiet and close to all kinds of shopping."
  • Mosdef10
"It’s just a place to live, it’s not special and it’s not bad. People are overly fascinated by annoyingly loud fireworks on the 4th and New Years."
  • Karenjoy
"I see people walking their dogs, but I don’t own one myself. There seems to be quite a few in the area though. "
  • Douglas B.
"I live on the cul-de-sac on Alden Rd. What drew me to rent here was the amount of families with young children playing outside. My only complaint is that a lot of kids run around unsupervised, my Christmas decorations were broken and messed with daily. Many times the kids leave bikes in other peoples driveways and roads. It can also be very loud at times with kids running around yelling and screaming. What drew me to rent here may end up being the reason I move from here."
  • Douglas B.
"There are a lot of young families with kids. Kids run around unsupervised often and play outside at all hours. Can’t leave anything out front otherwise children come along and touch everything and break belongings that don’t belong to them. Very few parents supervise their children unfortunately."
  • Nichole C.
"Quiet, friendly neighborhood in a good area of town! Close to town center and beach, bases, shops not too far away"
  • Patrick
"close to beaches and the highway. off atlantic which is busy but you dont notice it. community pools could be better."
